If you are planning to sell your house, ask your estate agent if you can use the Spring system. If they are an affiliated Spring agent, they will be able to take you through an online form that will provide Spring with everything we need to produce a comprehensive pack of information about your house. This meets and exceeds the requirements of the Home Information Pack (HIP). IN June 2007 every seller to create a HIP before they put their house on the market.
