Spring is commissioned by estate agents to obtain all the reports and legal documents associated with a property transaction. We make sure that the property has been properly surveyed and that any problems are highlighted in the Spring Property Information Pack, which allows buyers to make an informed offer. The pack includes everything that a seller and buyer needs to proceed with the sale and purchase. Because everything's been checked in advance - including the buyer's ability to proceed - the contract can be signed when a price is agreed, eliminating the risk of the buyer or seller pulling out later.
